What makes Studio Eighty Nine candles and diffusers special?

Handcrafted with precision and infused with niche fragrances, our candles and diffusers redefine luxury. Each fragrance blend is uniquely created in-house, resulting in scent profiles exclusive to Studio Eighty Nine.

The candle-making process is entirely by hand - from blending the bespoke fragrances and wax, to wick centring, pouring, labelling, and packaging. Our diffusers are also carefully handcrafted and assembled by us.

Each individual component, including the fragrance oils, wicks, and diffuser reeds, undergoes rigorous testing to ensure exceptional quality and long-lasting fragrance performance.

Crafted with the finest ingredients and poured into our signature frosted glass containers, our products are designed to elevate any space with luxurious, long-lasting scent and an elegant, refined aesthetic.

 

Product availability 

Why is Maison not available as a diffuser?

Maison is not currently available as a diffuser due to fragrance concentration limitations that would prevent optimal performance in this format. However, we invite you to explore our exquisite Maison candles, available in all sizes from Petite to Grande, as well as our expertly crafted diffusers in our other fragrances. Each product is designed to deliver the exceptional scent experience that defines Studio Eighty Nine.

Ordering

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a link allowing you to track your order in real-time. Please note that tracking information may take up to one working day to appear online after your order has been dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly (within one working day). If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible using our contact form. 

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer standard and expedited delivery options for your convenience. Please see the chart below for a breakdown of our current delivery methods, times, and fees.

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

Samples

Do you offer samples?

We're delighted to provide a complimentary 15g sample candle with every shipped order.*

These beautifully crafted sample candles come in sleek black aluminium tins with lids, allowing you to discover new fragrances and explore our range. 

The scents in these sample candles are representative of how the fragrances will smell in both our candle and diffusers. It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in a potential new signature scent before choosing your full-size purchase.

Please note that while you can enjoy burning the sample candle for up to 4 hours, its smaller size means it will not provide the same strength of scent throw as our full-sized candles. The primary purpose of the sample is to allow you to experience the fragrance notes accurately.

*As E-Gift Cards are delivered digitally, orders containing only E-Gift Cards will not include a sample. Additionally, samples are not available for individual purchase or on request (with the exception of wholesale orders).
